I thought the free drinks in my room fridge were a great touch. The staff does promptly reply to email questions. I found the hotel setting up well for its space.
I heard cars passing by all night and morning due to the hotel location on a main road.

the staff was very friendly and always willing to help guests. my room included a wooden bath which was a great way to relax after a long day. the hotel provided complimentary coffee and pastries each morning near the reception area for a quick breakfast.

hinoki wood aroma morning visits japanese experience
the premier twin room hinoki bath was a true retreat, offering a traditional japanese experience. i particularly enjoyed the hinoki wood aroma, it enhanced relaxation. the hotel's proximity to the fish market allowed easy morning visits (a great start to the day!).
i found the limited storage space in the room inconvenient for a longer stay. it was challenging to unpack our belongings comfortably, the wardrobe space was small.

the hotel's placement offered convenient access to ginza's shopping district. multiple metro stations nearby made exploring the area effortless. tsukiji market was also within walking distance, an added plus.

The location was convenient, near the subway. I also found a cafe nearby serving excellent coffee (it was a great start to the day!).
The room lacked storage space. I lived out of my suitcase because there was limited space to hang clothes. The breakfast offered a bento box with limited choices. I found it repetitive after a few days.
